Influencia del Clima Organizacional en la Gestión Institucional de la Institución Educativa Pública Básica Regular Kumpanama

Abstract

El objetivo general de la presente investigación fue determinar en qué medida influye el clima organizacional en la gestión institucional de la Institución Educativa Pública Básica Regular Kumpanama. Así mismo se trabajó bajo un tipo de investigación descriptiva con un diseño correlacional. En cuanto a su población estuvo conformada por los 12 docentes de la Institución Educativa Pública Básica Regular Kumpanama, y su muestra fue no probabilística, es decir se consideró el total de la población en el periodo 2017. Para la investigación en la que se abordó las variables: clima organizacional y gestión institucional, ha sido necesario tomar en consideración la técnica de la encuesta, por tal motivo el instrumento que se ha empleado fue un cuestionario, la cual antes de ser aplicado fue validado por expertos y posteriormente se realizó su prueba de confiabilidad. Se llegó a determinar en los resultados que con una probabilidad de error del 66.9% el clima organizacional influye en la gestión institucional de la Institución Educativa Pública Básica Regular Kumpanama. Finalmente se concluyó que el valor de significancia bilateral resulto siendo menor a 0.050 (0.017) lo que permite aceptar la hipótesis de investigación, la cual indica que: El clima organizacional influye en la gestión institucional de la Institución Educativa Pública Básica Regular Kumpanama.

The general objective of the present investigation was to determine the extent to which the organizational climate influences the institutional management of the Kumpanama Regular Basic Public Educational Institution. Likewise, it was worked under a type of descriptive research with a correlational design. As for its population, it was made up of 12 teachers from the Kumpanama Regular Basic Educational Institution, and its sample was not probabilistic, that is, the total population was considered in the 2017 period. For the research in which the variables: organizational climate and institutional management, it has been necessary to take into consideration the technique of the survey, for this reason the instrument that was used was a questionnaire, which before being applied was validated by experts and subsequently its test was carried out. reliability. It was determined in the results that with an error probability of 66.9% the organizational climate influences the institutional management of the Kumpanama Regular Basic Public Educational Institution.
