Los docentes de Educación Inicial suelen tener un inicio de curso difícil. No solo por la presencia de niños gruñones y llorosos, sino en ocasiones de familias que cuestionaban sus métodos y labor docente. Sin embargo, como buen profesional, debes explicarles con firmeza que su hijo estará bien cuidado. La comunicación es la herramienta más valiosa. La situación familiar es la clave del proceso de ajuste, por lo que es necesario hablar con los padres sobre el proceso que atraviesa el niño, para que puedan participar con confianza en este proceso tan importante y fundamental, muchas veces los maestros que encuentran ven la maestra como una "niñera" y desconectar completamente la vida escolar de los niños. El período de ajuste también es un momento para que los maestros crezcan como profesionales y les permita aprender más sobre los niños y sus familias.

The family situation is the key to the adjustment process, so it is necessary to talk with parents about the process that the child is going through, so that they can participate with confidence in this very important and fundamental process. Many times the teachers they encounter see the teacher as a "babysitter" and completely disconnect from the children's school life. The adjustment period is also a time for teachers to grow as professionals and allows them to learn more about children and their families.
