Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es dar a conocer los alimentos y bebidas tienen una gran importancia en nuestras vidas, ya que de eso dependemos para tener la energía suficiente que nuestro cuerpo necesita. Por ese motivo el proceso de los alimentos y bebidas es importante, desde que se siembra el alimento hasta cuando llega como producto final hasta nuestros platos. Durante estos procesos el alimento no solo es evaluado por el precio sino también por la calidad, ya que es el factor más importante, debido a que puede afectar la salud del consumidor creando síntomas y enfermedades, con estas condiciones los restaurantes e industrias alimenticias son reguladas para un mejor beneficio del consumidor y así el estado controla un mejor manejo de estos establecimientos. A pesar de eso siempre habrá lugares que prefieren reducir gastos sin darse cuenta que podrían causar daño a los demás. Por ese motivo es mejor comprar alimentos y bebidas de establecimientos certificados o al menos alimentos que tengan certeza de que son manipulados de una manera adecuada. Los alimentos y bebidas es un tema muy extenso ya que no solo abarca la calidad, inocuidad y salubridad en los lugares que son trabajados, sino que también abarcan costos y reglamentos que deben de seguir, según especificaciones del estado al momento de servirse al consumidor. Teniendo en cuenta que mi investigación se enfoca más al sector gastronómico donde los alimentos y bebidas se dan de una forma más generalizada y se enfoca más sobre los alimentos y bebidas en la manipulación de estos.

The objective of this research work is to make known that foods and drinks are of great importance in our lives, since we depend on them to have enough energy that our body needs. For this reason, the food and beverage process is important, from when the food is planted to when it reaches our plates as a final product. During these processes, the food is not only evaluated by price but also by quality, since it is the most important factor, because it can affect the health of the consumer by creating symptoms and diseases. With these conditions, restaurants and food industries are regulated. for the better benefit of the consumer and thus the state controls better management of these establishments. Despite this, there will always be places that prefer to reduce expenses without realizing that they could cause harm to others. For this reason, it is better to buy food and drinks from certified establishments or at least food that you are sure is handled properly. Food and beverages is a very extensive topic since it not only covers quality, safety and health in the places where they are worked, but also covers costs and regulations that must be followed, according to state specifications at the time of serving to the consumer. Taking into account that my research focuses more on the gastronomic sector where food and beverages are given in a more generalized way and focuses more on food and beverages in their manipulation.
