Planificación y organización de un taller de producción de prendas de vestir

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación permite dar a conocer la planificación del taller de producción de prendas de vestir, pues marca las pautas necesarias para poder comenzar con esta, nos ayuda a estudiar el mercado en que competiremos y a establecer las estrategias necesarias para cumplir nuestros objetivos a corto, mediano y largo plazo, estableciendo tiempos para cada actividad y calendarizando actividades hasta lograr la apertura del taller. El tener una adecuada organización, tanto de los recursos humanos como físicos es de suma importancia, ya que de esta manera jerarquizamos y dividimos tareas, así como definimos las tareas y adquisiciones de las distintas maquinarias, muebles y herramientas que se necesitarán para poder cumplir con el proceso de producción. Es menester dividir el proceso de producción en áreas específicas y contar con un presupuesto general para maquinaria, muebles, herramientas y personal de trabajo. La distribución de planta, señalización, iluminación y ventilación son aspectos esenciales en un taller de producción de prendas de vestir, dado que aumentará la productividad y eficiencia en los trabajadores. Asimismo, mejorará el clima laboral entre los operarios, cuidando su salud e integridad. Es importante cumplir con todas las disposiciones legales que la municipalidad tenga, así evitamos cualquier tipo de accidente natural o provocadas por el hombre. Por último, tener en cuenta la ergonomía del trabajador para que su jornada de trabajo no resulte incomoda. Esta es una manera de cuidar al personal y al mismo taller en sí, pues tendrá trabajadores estables.

The objective of this research work allows to publicize the planning of the garment production workshop, since it sets the necessary guidelines to be able to start with it, it helps us to study the market in which we will compete and to establish the necessary strategies to fulfill our objectives. short, medium and long-term objectives, establishing times for each activity and scheduling activities until the workshop opens. Having an adequate organization, both of human and physical resources, is of the utmost importance, since in this way we hierarchize and divide tasks, as well as define the tasks and acquisitions of the different machinery, furniture and tools that will be needed to be able to comply with the production process. It is necessary to divide the production process into specific areas and have a general budget for machinery, furniture, tools and work personnel. The distribution of the plant, signaling, lighting and ventilation are essential aspects in a garment production workshop, since it will increase the productivity and efficiency of the workers. Likewise, it will improve the work environment among the operators, taking care of their health and integrity. It is important to comply with all the legal provisions that the municipality has, so we avoid any type of natural or man-made accident. Finally, take into account the ergonomics of the worker so that his work day is not uncomfortable. This is a way of taking care of the staff and the workshop itself, since it will have stable workers.
