Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue el desarrollo de la investigación tuvo como aspecto principal determinar principalmente la posible relación existente entre la educación virtual y el desarrollo de la capacidad de liderazgo en los oficiales del grado de capitán del Programa Táctico del Arma de Infantería en la Escuela de Infantería del Ejército del Perú, el enfoque empleado fue de carácter
cuantitativo, en cuanto al tipo de investigación se empleó la investigación aplicada ,el
diseño empleado fue no experimental, así mismo se usó el método descriptivo. La muestra
fue no probabilística con 83 oficiales alumnos del grado de Capitán estudiantes del
Programa Táctico del Arma de Infantería. Con relación a la técnica y los instrumentos
empleados se aplicaron la encuesta y el cuestionario respectivamente. Se concluye que en
la presente investigación si existe una relación positiva, alta y directa entre las variables
educación virtual y desarrollo de la capacidad de liderazgo; entre la dimensión m –
learning y la variable desarrollo de la capacidad de liderazgo y finalmente entre la
dimensión b – learning y la variable desarrollo de la capacidad de liderazgo; en cuanto a la
dimensión e – learning y la variable desarrollo de la educación virtual ,difiere de las
relaciones anteriormente analizadas, ya que en este caso se presentó una relación positiva,
moderada y directa.
The objective of this research work was the development of the research, whose main aspect was to determine mainly the possible relationship between virtual education and the development of leadership capacity in officers of the rank of captain of the Tactical Program of the Infantry Weapon in the Infantry School of the Army of Peru, the approach used was of a quantitative, in terms of the type of research applied research was used, the The design used was non-experimental, likewise the descriptive method was used. The sample was non-probabilistic with 83 student officers in the rank of Captain, students of the Tactical Program of the Infantry Weapon. Regarding technique and instruments employees were applied the survey and the questionnaire respectively. It is concluded that in the present investigation if there is a positive, high and direct relationship between the variables virtual education and leadership development; between dimension m – learning and the development variable of leadership capacity and finally between the dimension b – learning and the variable development of leadership capacity; refering to e-learning dimension and the variable development of virtual education, differs from the previously analyzed relationships, since in this case there was a positive relationship, moderate and direct.
