Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue en la elaboración de esta monografía científica se ha considerado el desarrollo de tres
capítulos que constituyen sus ejes primordiales. El primero de ellos denominado recursos
humanos, toda vez que ante la evolución producida por la tecnológica de la información, ha
surgido un proceso de transición entre el modelo empresarial capitalista tradicional a otro que
contempla un desarrollo asentado en el respeto a los pilares sostenibles, del cual la gestión de
los recursos humanos es fundamental e importante, su evolución y desarrollo hasta lograr el
recurso más importante hasta hoy, debido a que el desempeño adecuado de su labor
contribuirá al desarrollo de la empresa a la par con el avance tecnológico y científico.
En el segundo capítulo denominado Compromiso organizacional e incertidumbre se
trató a su vez de ambos tópicos, ya que el compromiso organizacional aglutina en si la
identificación, involucramiento y fidelidad del trabajador con la entidad; elementos que en
conjunto permiten que la organización efectúe su planificación con la certeza que esta no
tendrá alteraciones por falta de este importante recurso; más aún en los tiempos actuales de
incertidumbre en que difícilmente pueden predecirse resultados ante la variación constante y
permanente de acontecimientos.
Finalmente la Aplicación práctica en la empresa privada de la minera Southern Copper
Corporation del Perú, se desarrolló de forma somera las actividades, modelos y efectos que
viene produciendo la ejecución de sus labores mineras en el interior del país, tanto del punto
de vista de la organización como de comunidades donde se han asentado los proyectos de
extracción que lleva a cabo. Todo ello con la finalidad de conocer la influencia que esta tiene
en el compromiso de sus trabajadores.

Finally, the practical application in the private company of the Southern Copper mining company Corporation of Peru, the activities, models and effects that has been producing the execution of its mining works in the interior of the country, both from the point from the point of view of the organization and of the communities where the development projects have settled. extraction it performs.
