Pedagogía descolonial e historia local para reflexionar sobre la enseñanza de nuestra historia

Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es ampliar las miradas pedagógicas en el Perú a fin de encontrar un norte claro acerca de cómo realizar un proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de manera coherente y democrática con el entorno. En esa medida, la investigación plantea a la pedagogía descolonial en su relación con la historia local como método educativo renovador y reconstructivo para emancipar social y políticamente al hombre de las periferias con el fin de visibilizar todo proceso histórico-cultural relegado por la corriente moderna. El trabajo se realizó bajo el enfoque cualitativo de tipo análisis bibliográfico sistematizándose rigurosamente los estudios para presentar los resultados de manera ética. Se concluye que la actual enseñanza histórica en el Perú no podrá ser suficientemente reivindicativa y didáctica en la medida que no se descolonicen los saberes occidentales que invisibilizan lo autóctono. En esa medida, es importante intensificar la enseñanza histórica local que involucra activamente al estudiante y lo alfabetiza con su entorno y la realidad comunitaria-nacional.
The objective of this research work is to broaden the pedagogical views in Peru in order to find a clear direction on how to carry out a teaching-learning process in a coherent and democratic way with the environment. To this extent, the research raises decolonial pedagogy in its relationship with local history as a renovating and reconstructive educational method to socially and politically emancipate the man from the peripheries in order to make visible all historical-cultural processes relegated by the modern current. The work was carried out under the qualitative approach of the bibliographic analysis type, rigorously systematizing the studies to present the results in an ethical manner. It is concluded that the current historical teaching in Peru will not be sufficiently demanding and didactic to the extent that Western knowledge that makes the native invisible is not decolonized. To that extent, it is important to intensify local historical teaching that actively involves the student and makes him literate with his environment and the community-national reality.
