Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue como objetivo principal “determinar la relación que existe entre el clima institucional y la gestión académica en la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi – 2019”. Se optó por un enfoque cuantitativo de clase aplicada,
siendo una investigación no experimental transversal y de nivel descriptivo– correlacional.
La población, así como la muestra (censal) fue de 74 educadores. Como instrumento se
tuvo al cuestionario, el cual se compuso con 18 ítems. La confiabilidad fue hallada por el
Alfa de Cronbach, el cual arrojó un 0.899, indicando que fue fuerte, y para verificar las
hipótesis se hizo uso del coeficiente Rho de Spearman. Se pudo concluir con la existencia
de un vínculo entre el clima institucional y la gestión académica en la Escuela Militar de
Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi - 2019.
