La autoestima de la docente y el aprendizaje en niños de 3 años

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es dar a conocer que el sistema educativo con el pasar del tiempo se ha visto sometido a una serie de reconsideraciones con el fin último de alcanzar mejores resultados y al mismo tiempo poder responder a las necesidades que surgen en las sociedades y que además inciden de forma directa en el ámbito educativo, de allí que, los conocimientos asociados a la enseñanza y al aprendizaje se siguen transformando a partir del empleo de metodologías que con el pasar del tiempo siguen siendo adaptadas a la necesidad del estudiantado, logrando así fortalecer sus habilidades y en gran parte las destrezas. En el ámbito educativo se evidencia la constante búsqueda por alcanzar la calidad educativa que no solo se puede apreciar en el desarrollo de la humanidad, por el contrario, se puede ver reflejada en sus necesidades básicas como individuo, es por ello necesario valorar el progreso del proceso no solo a nivel colectivo sino individual. De allí que, surge la necesidad de abordar a la educación desde los primeros años de vida hasta la adultez, considerando que desde sus inicios se tiene que generar un contexto adecuado para potenciar las habilidades de los estudiantes y a su vez generar paulatinamente herramientas que les permitan desarrollar destrezas que servirán como fundamento sólido para su vida académica. La educación desde una perspectiva integral no busca el alcance de fines asociados solamente a la colectividad, por el contrario, se centra en el desarrollo del sujeto en un ámbito multidisciplinario e integrador donde se fomenten las capacidades asociadas al pensamiento crítico, al análisis, reflexión y la convicción que puede ser adquirida de forma específica por cada persona. En los tópicos que anteceden, se evidencia la importancia de que la educación pueda vislumbrarse como un proceso que otorgue una respuesta positiva a las necesidades del contexto social para que así las naciones puedan alcanzar un mayor crecimiento.

The objective of this research work is to make known that the educational system with the passing of time has been subjected to a series of reconsiderations with the ultimate goal of achieving better results and at the same time being able to respond to the needs that arise in the societies and that also directly affect the educational field, hence, the knowledge associated with teaching and learning continues to be transformed from the use of methodologies that with the passing of time continue to be adapted to the needs of the student body, thus managing to strengthen their abilities and to a large extent the skills. In the educational field, the constant search to achieve educational quality is evident, which can not only be appreciated in the development of humanity, on the contrary, it can be seen reflected in their basic needs as an individual, it is therefore necessary to assess the progress of the process not only collectively but also individually. Hence, the need arises to address education from the first years of life to adulthood, considering that from the beginning an adequate context must be generated to enhance the skills of students and in turn gradually generate tools that allow them to develop skills that will serve as a solid foundation for your academic life. Education from an integral perspective does not seek the scope of purposes associated only with the community, on the contrary, it focuses on the development of the subject in a multidisciplinary and inclusive environment where the capacities associated with critical thinking, analysis, reflection and the conviction that can be acquired in a specific way by each person. In the above topics, the importance of education being seen as a process that provides a positive response to the needs of the social context so that nations can achieve greater growth is evident.
