Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es el abordaje educativo a los niños en el Perú ha tenido avances en los últimos años, sobre
todo en cuanto a aspectos de calidad básica, primaria además de la cobertura de décadas
atrás. Entre puntos fuertes o positivos está el reconocimiento de la trascendencia de la
infancia como prioridad del país y algunas inclusiones de políticas a nivel estatal o público
sobre programas como el PEN y las estrategias o planes a futuro para asegurar que los
niños prevengan la anemia y otros problemas estructurales causadas por la pobreza o
similares. Esto se presenta favorable para los niños de 3 años en adelante, así como para
los menores, puesto que cada vez más se está profundizando la importancia de los más
menores, desde la concepción y el embarazó de las madres, donde existe un mayor control.
Los aprendizajes precoces no solo tienen acción en las escuelas, sino que lo tienen en
la interacción social con los padres o con los niños de su ámbito social más estrecho como
la familia extensa, los vecinos y otros. Además, esta situación hace que los que cuidan a
los menores desde la más breve edad, deben tener las condiciones de comprensión de
recomendar a los padres los datos más propicios para que fortalezcan la socialización
desde la más temprana dada. La familia y el ´ámbito social tienen bastante que realizar en
ese sentido.
The objective of this research work is the educational approach to children in Peru has made progress in recent years, especially in terms of basic, primary quality aspects in addition to the coverage of decades ago. Among the strong or positive points is the recognition of the importance of childhood as a priority for the country and some inclusions of policies at the state or public level on programs such as the PEN and future strategies or plans to ensure that children prevent anemia and other structural problems caused by poverty or the like. This is favorable for children 3 years of age and older, as well as for minors, since the importance of the youngest is deepening more and more, from conception and the pregnancy of the mothers, where there is greater control. Early learning not only has an action in schools, but also in social interaction with parents or with children from their closest social environment such as extended family, neighbors and others. In addition, this situation means that those who care for minors from the earliest age, must have the conditions of understanding to recommend to parents the most favorable data to strengthen socialization from the earliest given age. The family and the social sphere have a lot to do in this sense.
