Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue la técnica pliométrica es un enfoque específico y explícito para trabajar el aparato
locomotor del hombre. En el deporte, este tipo de trabajo sólido es indispensable para
hacer extraordinarias motivaciones de potencia en un corto espacio de tiempo.
La mezcla de un retiro voladizo y uno concéntrico establece la mejora regular para
la preparación deportiva ya que tiene la idea de desarrollo humano, hay estudios que han
comprobado que el trabajo fuerte impacta decididamente en la productividad del trabajo
debido a un rápido montaje del motor unidades.
La justificación por la cual se reconoce la adecuación de la técnica pliométrica
destaca el límite de respuesta del sistema neuromuscular, la estrategia pliométrica permite
ampliar la exhibición mecánica de cualquier actividad de motor de juegos que requiera una
alta motivación de potencia al menos en el clima.
En el momento en que una persona cae de una determinada estatura, esta realidad
se conoce como la etapa de impulso subyacente. Este desarrollo se cierra cuando entra en
contacto con la superficie. En el momento en que esto ocurre, se denomina la etapa del
efecto, por lo que comienza una compresión muscular errática que se une a la extensión

En los ejercicios pliométricos, el cuerpo del competidor colabora con los cuerpos

de respuesta, que se obtiene de la tercera ley de Newton.
