Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es abarcar el tema de la producción de textos y el enfoque comunicativo
textual. Bajo un enfoque cualitativo, se busca identificar los factores que determinan la
falta de producción textual. Se enmarca en un estudio de tipo exploratorio que permite
conocer las percepciones de los docentes acerca de los factores críticos que encuentran
dentro de los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la producción textual. Además, el
presente estudio incluye un diseño de investigación etnográfico, por tratarse de una
población enmarcada a la comunidad educativa; en el mismo sentido, se aplicó una
entrevista semiestructurada para recoger los datos, los cuales serán procesados mediante la
metodología de teoría fundamentada y analizados en el software computacional de análisis
cualitativo. Concluye la presente investigación en la preponderancia que los docentes le
dan al aspecto gramatical del enfoque comunicativo, a su vez que existe una predilección
por el trabajo de la etapa de textualización. Lo mencionado anteriormente constituye un
marco para determinar que el factor crítico que dificulta la producción de textos es la falta
de comprensión del enfoque comunicativo, el cual sigue siendo reemplazado
implícitamente por un enfoque gramatical.
The objective of this research work is to cover the subject of text production and the communicative approach textual. Under a qualitative approach, it seeks to identify the factors that determine the lack of textual production. It is part of an exploratory study that allows to know the perceptions of teachers about the critical factors they encounter within the teaching-learning processes of textual production. Also, the This study includes an ethnographic research design, since it is a population framed in the educational community; in the same sense, a semi-structured interview to collect the data, which will be processed through the grounded theory methodology and analyzed in computational analysis software qualitative. The present investigation concludes in the preponderance that the teachers give to the grammatical aspect of the communicative approach, in turn there is a predilection for the work of the textualization stage. The aforementioned constitutes a framework to determine that the critical factor that hinders the production of texts is the lack understanding of the communicative approach, which continues to be superseded implicitly by a grammatical approach.
