Proyecto productivo y educativo del procesamiento de productos agrícolas de la región costa o chala del Perú. Propuesta técnico - pedagógica (métodos, técnicas y materiales didácticos a emplearse, hojas de instrucción)

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue después de realizar el presente trabajo monográfico concluyo que: La producción agrícola de la región Costa o Chala irá en aumento. En los últimos años se ha tenido un crecimiento considerable respecto a la industria alimentaria en nuestro país de un 32%, que en su mayoría es cubierta por la región costa. Según el INEI, el 2014 hasta 2015 el sector agropecuario se incrementó en 1,95%, para el año 2016 se informó una baja en el subsector agrícola en 1,75%, se debe al menor volumen producido de los principales productos agrícolas que fueron afectados por los cambios climatológicos y bajo rendimiento. Todo dependerá de la producción de estos últimos meses. La región ha alcanzado un alto grado de desarrollo por su fácil acceso terrestre, aéreo y marítimo; además, hay inversión privada nacional e internacional, su producción es mecanizada y tecnificada. Todos estos factores logran que el procesamiento de los productos agrícolas de la Costa o Chala y de otras regiones del país se realiza a grandes escalas. Los proyectos productivos y educativos se desarrollan juntos y de una mejor manera en los CETPRO. Podemos decir que la educación técnico-productiva ayuda a desarrollar y adquirir competencias laborales y empresariales, mejorando la calidad de vida del estudiante y la familia, contribuyendo de esta manera, al avance y crecimiento de su entorno. Basado en la investigación acerca del tomate se llega a concluir que ningún medicamento ha conseguido tener tantas propiedades terapéuticas como ha demostrado poseer el tomate , puesto que por sí solo previene el cáncer y el infarto, además ayuda a combatir otras enfermedades; este fruto tiene muchas propiedades como remineralizantes y desintoxicantes, además de ser muy comercial.

We can say that technical-productive education helps to develop and acquire work and business skills, improving the student's quality of life and the family, thus contributing to the advancement and growth of their environment. Based on the research about the tomato, it is concluded that no medicine has managed to have as many therapeutic properties as it has been shown possess the tomato, since by itself it prevents cancer and heart attack, it also helps to fight other diseases; This fruit has many properties such as remineralizing and detoxifying, in addition to being very commercial.
