Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue por experiencia en una institución educativa, muchas veces el trabajo del PEI y del PCI no son compartidos con todos los docentes, y estos desconocen, desde la problemática de la escuela, hasta los objetivos operacionales propuestos. Tal como dicen las guías y/o manuales, deben ser elaborados por la mayoría de docentes, invitar y concientizar a cada uno de ellos para que tomen parte de estas comisiones, e ir evaluando el cumplimiento del enfoque con el que quiere trabajar dicha institución. Los documentos deben ser compartidos con todo el personal docente, porque ellos son los que ponen en práctica las políticas educativas en cada aula de clase. El trabajar el PEI, con el nuevo aplicativo del Minedu, ha hecho de más fácil acceso para ingresar la información requerida y tener un análisis más real en el tiempo que se va a trabajar.
