Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es abordar a la lectura como uno de los grandes problemas que enfrenta el sistema educativo peruano en todos los niveles y sectores socioeconómicos. Por ello, resulta importante presentar la información que permitirá conocer cuáles son las causas que originan esta problemática ligada al plan lector. Es preciso resaltar que la difusión de temas como este permitirá que los docentes de todas las asignaturas, y sobre todo, del área de Comunicación conozcan, comprendan y reflexionen sobre la importancia de hacer lectura desde las aulas hacia la comunidad educativa y local. En ese sentido, el trabajo denominado: El Plan lector y la tipología textual, tiene por finalidad dar a conocer sobre las últimas disposiciones de parte del Ministerio de Educación, con respecto a la primera mención del título y la segunda es brindar información de cómo la tipología textual tiene una mayor aproximación de lectura que se difunden por diversos medios de comunicación; así como en soportes distintos.
Con el objetivo de brindar mayor alcance informativo, la investigación ha sido dividida en dos capítulos. El primero resalta el tema de Plan lector, desde las aproximaciones, la definición, las características, los objetivos y las etapas del desarrollo del Plan lector en las instituciones educativas. Así como también, se ha creído conveniente puntualizar el tema de la lectura, la animación y de quiénes son los involucrados en el proceso de la lectura. El segundo presenta el tema de la tipología textual, tomando como referencia a la definición de la lectura, el texto, las dimensiones; así como, las propiedades textuales y por último los cinco tipos de textos, según la intención comunicativa del autor.
The objective of this research work is to address reading as one of the great problems facing the Peruvian educational system at all levels and socioeconomic sectors. For this reason, it is important to present the information that will allow us to know what are the causes that originate this problem linked to the reading plan. It should be noted that the dissemination of topics like this will allow teachers of all subjects, and above all, in the Communication area to know, understand and reflect on the importance of reading from the classroom to the educational and local community. In this sense, the work called: The Reading Plan and the textual typology, has the purpose of making known about the latest provisions of the Ministry of Education, with respect to the first mention of the title and the second is to provide information on how the textual typology has a greater approximation of reading that are spread by various media; as well as in different media. In order to provide greater informative scope, the research has been divided into two chapters. The first highlights the theme of the Reading Plan, from the approximations, the definition, the characteristics, the objectives and the stages of the development of the Reading Plan in educational institutions. As well as, it has been considered convenient to point out the subject of reading, animation and who are those involved in the reading process. The second presents the theme of textual typology, taking as reference the definition of reading, the text, the dimensions; as well as, the textual properties and finally the five types of texts, according to the communicative intention of the author.
