Abstract
El presente estudio denominado Los procesos de gestión administrativa y la práctica
docente en la Institución Educativa Nº 2029 Simón Bolívar del distrito de San Martín de
Porras, Ugel N° 2, en año 2017, es de tipo correlacional, que se desarrolló con el objetivo
de determinar la relación que existe entre los procesos de gestión administrativa y la
práctica docente. En base a una muestra de 36 docentes, aplicando cuestionarios
especialmente validados mediante juicio piloto y juicio de expertos, así como la prueba de
correlación de Rho de Spearman, se halló los contrastes de hipótesis. Sus principales
resultados descriptivos fueron: el 36,1% (13) considera regular los procesos de gestión
administrativa y el 36,1% (13) considera regular la práctica docente. La principal
conclusión de este estudio fue: Existe relación significativa entre los procesos de gestión
administrativa y la práctica docente. (p < 0,05, Rho de Speraman = 0,912 Correlación
positiva alta).
