Abstract
En esta investigación se pretendió determinar la relación de la retroalimentación
pedagógica con el proceso de aprendizaje en los cadetes de II año de la Escuela Militar de
Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, 2019. La población estuvo conformada por 234
cadetes, se realizó una selección de los participantes, delimitando una muestra de 146
cadetes. Referente al marco metodológico, la investigación se desarrolló con un enfoque
cuantitativo, se acogió un diseño no experimental, fue de tipo aplicada y se dispuso de dos
niveles de profundidad del estudio, descriptivo – correlacional. Se diseñó un instrumento
para reunir datos mediante el proceso de la encuesta; el instrumento se estructuró en (02)
cuestionarios, cada cuestionario estuvo integrado por 09 ítems, relativamente a las
variables “retroalimentación pedagógica” y “proceso de aprendizaje”; posteriormente, se
efectuó la validación y fiabilidad del instrumento a través del juicio de expertos y del
estadístico Alfa de Cronbach correspondientemente. Finalmente, se concluyó que la
retroalimentación pedagógica se relaciona de manera positiva y moderada con el proceso
de aprendizaje en los cadetes de II año de la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos Coronel
Francisco Bolognesi, 2019; con un valor de 0.732 el cual fue determinado por el Rho de
Spearman.
The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between pedagogical feedback and the learning process in second year cadets of the Military School of Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, 2019. The population consisted of 234 cadets, a selection of participants was made, delimiting a sample of 146 cadets. Regarding the methodological framework, the research was developed with a quantitative approach, a non-experimental design was used, it was applied and there were two levels of depth of the study, descriptive - correlational. An instrument was designed to collect data through the survey process; the instrument was structured in (02) questionnaires, each questionnaire was integrated by 09 items, relatively to the variables "pedagogical feedback" and "learning process"; subsequently, the validation and reliability of the instrument was carried out through expert judgment and Cronbach's Alpha statistic correspondingly. Finally, it was concluded that pedagogical feedback is positively and moderately related to the learning process in second year cadets of the Military School of Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, 2019; with a value of 0.732 which was determined by Spearman's Rho.
