Abstract
The study's general objective is to determine the relationship between reactions to conflict and anxiety in the learning achievement of the Communications Cadets of the Military School of Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, 2018, for the case, it used a quantitative approach, of the type Basic, with a non-experimental, causal correlational cross-sectional design, in a sample population, called census sampling, made up of 120 Communications cadets. The data collection technique used for the variables reactions to conflict and anxiety was the survey, which used two questionnaires as instruments, while the educational evaluation technique was used for the variable achievement of learning, the instrument of which was the recording of learning. The content validity of the instruments was made through expert judgment with applicable results, and the level of reliability of the instruments was excellent, performed using the Cronbach's Alpha test, whose value was 0.858 for the independent variable (X1). : Reactions to the conflict (30 items) and 0.914 for the independent variable (X2): Anxiety (30 items) and in the case of the dependent variable (Y1): Learning achievement (it was not necessary to apply reliability, as they are records of notes issued by the EMCH). The results of the research allowed us to conclude that: There is a significant relationship between reactions to conflict and anxiety in the learning achievement of the Communications Cadets of the Military School of Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, 2018, with a p <0.05 and the correlation Pearson's r = 0.905 (X1 * Y1) very high positive correlation and Pearson's r = -0.805 (X2 * Y1) very high negative correlation.
