Abstract
Este estudio de tipo aplicado se desarrolló bajo los lineamientos de una metodología
de enfoque cuantitativo, por lo que fue conveniente recurrir al diseño no experimental y al
nivel descriptivo – correlacional. El objetivo central de la investigación fue determinar la
relación entre la práctica docente y el compromiso organizacional en la Escuela Militar de
Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, 2019. Se consideró una muestra censal que
estuvo fijada por 72 docentes, estos respondieron a un cuestionario que ha sido validado
por expertos. Con el software SPSS cuya versión es de Nº25 se cuantificaron los datos y se
encontraron cifras de 0.000 (Nivel de significancia) y 0.794 (Coeficiente de correlación
Rho de Spearman); con dichos resultados se pudo concluir que la práctica docente se
relaciona con el compromiso organizacional en la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos Coronel
Francisco Bolognesi, 2019.
This applied-type study was developed under the guidelines of a quantitative approach methodology, so it was convenient to resort to the non-experimental design and the descriptive-correlational level. The main objective of the research was to determine the relationship between teaching practice and organizational commitment in the Coronel Francisco Bolognesi Military School of Chorrillos, 2019. A census sample was considered that was set by 72 teachers, they responded to a questionnaire that has been validated by experts. With the SPSS software whose version is Nº25, the data were quantified and figures of 0.000 (level of significance) and 0.794 (Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient) were found; With these results, it was possible to conclude that the teaching practice is related to the organizational commitment in the Military School of Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, 2019.
