Abstract
En la tesis titulada Actividades comunicativas y habilidades de habla inglesa en
estudiantes de primaria en el Centro de Idiomas de la Universidad Privada del Norte, Lima
– 2019, se formuló el siguiente problema ¿Cómo influyen las actividades comunicativas en
las habilidades de habla inglesa en los alumnos de primaria del Centro de Idiomas de la
Universidad Privada del Norte?, con el objetivo de determinar la influencia de las
actividades comunicativas en las habilidades de habla inglesa en estudiantes de primaria en
el Centro de Idiomas de la Universidad Privada del Norte. Las actividades comunicativas
influyen en las habilidades de hablar inglés en estudiantes de primaria en el Centro de
Idiomas de la Universidad Privada del Norte. Variable independiente: actividades
comunicativas y Variable dependiente: habilidades de habla inglés. Esta investigación tiene
un enfoque cuantitativo según Hernández, Fernández y Baptista (2010). El enfoque
cuantitativo utiliza la recopilación de datos para probar hipótesis, basadas en mediciones
numéricas y análisis estadísticos, para establecer patrones de comportamiento y probar
teorías. El uso de las actividades comunicativas está significativamente relacionado con las
habilidades de hablar inglés en estudiantes de primaria en el Centro de Idiomas de la
Universidad Privada del Norte, ya que se puede observar que, a medida que las mejores
actividades comunicativas sean, habrá niveles más altos de habilidades de habla inglesa.
Los maestros de EFL pueden querer extender la investigación sobre cómo aplicar más
actividades comunicativas considerando las contribuciones académicas disponibles de
diferentes expertos. De esta manera, los maestros ponen en práctica estas nuevas
estrategias.
In the thesis entitled Communication activities and English speaking skills in elementary students at the Language Center of the Universidad Privada del Norte, Lima - 2019, the following problem was formulated: How to influence communication activities in English speaking skills in Primary students of the Language Center of the Universidad Privada del Norte?, with the objective of determining the influence of communicative activities on English speaking skills in elementary students in the Language Center of the Universidad Privada del Norte. Communication activities influence English speaking skills in elementary students at the Language Center of the Universidad Privada del Norte. Independent variable: communicative activities and Dependent variable: English speaking skills. This research has a quantitative approach according to Hernández, Fernández and Baptista (2010). The quantitative approach uses data collection to test hypotheses, based on numerical measurements and statistical analyzes, to establish patterns of behavior and test theories. The use of communication activities is related to the ability to speak English in elementary students at the Language Center of the Universidad Privada del Norte, since it can be observed that, as the best communication activities are, they will have higher levels of English Speaking skills. EFL teachers can expand research on how to apply more specific communicative activities to the academic contributions available from different experts. In this way, teachers put these new strategies into practice.
