Desempeño docente y bienestar laboral de los docentes del Instituto Tecnológico Privado Superior CIBERTEC

Abstract

En la tesis titulada Docente y Bienestar Laboral de los Docentes del Instituto Tecnológico Privado Superior CIBERTEC, se formuló el problema general ¿Cómo se relaciona el desempeño docente con el bienestar laboral de los docentes del Instituto Tecnológico Privado Superior CIBERTEC – 2019?, con el objetivo Concretar cómo se relaciona el desempeño docente con el bienestar laboral de los docentes del Instituto Tecnológico Privado Superior CIBERTEC – 2019. Teniendo como hipótesis El desempeño docente se relaciona significativamente con la satisfacción laboral de los docentes del Instituto Tecnológico Privado Superior CIBERTEC – 2019. Siendo las variables: Variable 1: Desempeño Docente y Variable 2: Satisfacción Laboral. Se empleó el enfoque cuantitativo. Fue una investigación aplicada, de tipo descriptivo - correlacional. Efectivamente existe una relación entre el desempeño docente y el bienestar laboral de los docentes del Instituto Tecnológico Privado Superior CIBERTEC - 2019. Tal como lo evidencian la prueba de hipótesis general y el análisis de los resultados de los datos. El instituto tecnológico Privado CIBERTEC debe propiciar capacitaciones de desempeño docente a fin de crear sinergia entre sus docentes, en concordancia a sus fortalezas, y convertirlos en actores activos con capacidad de decisión.

As evidenced by the general hypothesis test and the analysis of the data results. The CIBERTEC Private Technological Institute must promote teacher performance training in order to create synergy among its teachers, in accordance with their strengths, and turn them into active actors with decision-making capacity.
