Abstract
El presente estudio de investigación tuvo como objetivo central establecer la relación
que existe entre gestión municipal y la calidad de servicio en la gerencia de inversiones de
la Municipalidad Provincial de Rioja, en el año 2018. El estudio de investigación tuvo un
enfoque cuantitativo, con tipo de investigación sustantivo o de base, diseño descriptivo –
correlacional y método hipotético deductivo. La muestra se definió a través del tipo de
muestreo no probabilístico e intencionado, conformándose con 24 trabajadores de la
institución en mención. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y como instrumentos se utilizó
el cuestionario sobre gestión municipal y el cuestionario sobre la calidad de servicio. Los
datos estadísticos fueron procesados a través del programa SPSS en su última versión. Las
conclusiones a las cuales se arribó son las siguientes: Existe relación significativa entre
gestión municipal y la calidad de servicio, a nivel total y por las dimensiones: tangibilidad,
fiabilidad, sensibilidad, seguridad y empatía, en la gerencia de inversiones de la
Municipalidad Provincial de Rioja, en el año 2018.
The main objective of this research study was to establish the relationship that exists between municipal management and the quality of service in the investment management of the Provincial Municipality of Rioja, in 2018. The research study had a quantitative approach, with type substantive or basic research, descriptive-correlational design and hypothetical deductive method. The sample was defined through the type of non- probabilistic and intentional sampling, conforming to 24 workers from the institution in question. The technique used was the survey and the questionnaire on municipal management and the questionnaire on the quality of service were used as instruments. Statistical data were processed through the SPSS program in its latest version. The conclusions reached are the following: There is a significant relationship between municipal management and quality of service, at a total level and due to the dimensions: tangibility, reliability, sensitivity, security and empathy, in the investment management of the Provincial Municipality de Rioja, in 2018.
