Abstract
El propósito del presente trabajo de investigación fue determinar la relación entre
las habilidades directivas con el desarrollo pedagógico institucional en la Escuela Militar
de Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, 2019. Respecto a la metodología, la
investigación fue de diseño no experimental, de tipo aplicada y de niveles correlacional –
descriptivo; el número de la población de estudio fue de 64 docentes, el mismo valor de la
muestra, es decir se efectuó un estudio censal. Por otro lado, se diseñaron dos
cuestionarios, cada uno posee de 9 ítems de acuerdo a las variables “Habilidades
directivas” y “Desarrollo pedagógico institucional”; posteriormente se llevó a cabo el
procedimiento de la encuesta para recaudar datos importantes. Finalmente, los datos fueron
procesados mediante el estadístico SPSPSv25, con el Rho de Spearman, coeficiente de
correlación que nos permitió conocer el vínculo de las variables de estudio; de esa manera
se logró concluir que las habilidades directivas se relacionan directamente con el desarrollo
pedagógico institucional en la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi,
2019.
The purpose of this research work was to determine the relationship between managerial skills and institutional pedagogical development at the Coronel Francisco Bolognesi Military School of Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, 2019. Regarding the methodology, the research was of non-experimental design, of applied type and of correlational - descriptive levels; the number of the study population was 64 teachers, the same value of the sample, that is, a census study was carried out. On the other hand, two questionnaires were designed, each one having 9 items according to the variables "Managerial skills" and "Institutional pedagogical development"; subsequently, the survey procedure was carried out to collect important data. Finally, the data were processed using the SPSPSv25 statistic, with Spearman's Rho, correlation coefficient that allowed us to know the link of the study variables; in that way it was possible to conclude that the directive skills are directly related to the institutional pedagogical development in the Coronel Francisco Bolognesi Military School of Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, 2019.
