Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es en el ámbito de la política educativa donde las diferentes culturas de cada participante del acto comunicativo se expresen de manera entendible e independientemente de la lengua materna se da la el aprendizaje textual así mismo sobre el estudio de métodos y técnicas priorizando el enfoque comunicativo que este tiene para conocer e incentivar el hábito de escribir y componer textos según su intencionalidad; con menos tendencia tal vez, se analiza el contexto social y cultural para la manifestación de sus ideas y pensamientos literarios contemplando los aspectos teóricos pero que en la parte práctica y académica es importante e imprescindible la relación de estas condiciones para una buena redacción como acto de transcribir nuestras ideas haciendo uso de la de las características textuales.
La habilidad de escribir creativamente es la capacidad artística que aún no se toma en cuenta por algunos actores claves en la formación, uno de ellos por parte de los andinos o quechua hablantes que mantienen en resistencia inconsciente ante la enseñanza bilingüe, pero que a la vez aprovecha estas enseñanzas para posicionarse dentro de la realidad necesariamente bicultural que va desarrollando la sociedad. Es así que se impulsa la formación académica para demostrar el aspecto estético propias del kechwa y demás lenguas para la creación de textos que servirán además para la relación cultural y lingüística, expresadas escrita y oral para la meta de un desarrollo bilingüe.
The objective of this research work is in the field of educational policy where the different cultures of each participant of the communicative act are expressed in an understandable way and regardless of the mother tongue, textual learning is given as well as on the study of methods and techniques prioritizing the communicative approach that this has to know and encourage the habit of writing and composing texts according to its intention; with less tendency perhaps, the social and cultural context is analyzed for the manifestation of their ideas and literary thoughts contemplating the theoretical aspects but that in the practical and academic part it is important and essential to relate these conditions for good writing as an act of transcribe our ideas using the textual features. The ability to write creatively is the artistic ability that is not yet taken into account by some key actors in training, one of them by the Andean or Quechua speakers who remain unconsciously resistant to bilingual education, but at the same time take advantage of these teachings to position yourself within the necessarily bicultural reality that society is developing. This is how academic training is promoted to demonstrate the aesthetic aspect of Kechwa and other languages for the creation of texts that will also serve for the cultural and linguistic relationship, expressed in writing and orally for the goal of bilingual development.
