Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue como punto de partida, la gestión se define como un conjunto de acciones que se efectúan para alcanzar un determinado objetivo. Por consiguiente, la gestión empresarial que es un tipo de gestión, está enfocado a la consolidación de las empresas por ende tienen misión, visión, metas, objetivos y herramientas para lograr ser una empresa competitiva en el mercado exigente, para llegar a esta meta la empresa debe estar al par con la tecnología. Para comprender cómo funciona la industria es necesario entender la gestión empresarial ya que este es el pilar para la conformación y ejecución de un plan estratégico el cual contribuye al desarrollo y la producción de la industria sí sé efectúa correctamente la gestión industrial este tendrá miras hacia el éxito. En la actualidad existe un mercado competitivo, exigente y tecnológicamente avanzado. Para la industria es un reto adaptarse o acoplarse a las nuevas innovaciones ya que ello conlleva a que la empresa sigua vigente frente a las exigencias del consumidor. La gestión empresarial no es solo hablar de la empresa en sí, sino que está involucra a quiénes lo conforman teniendo definido una consolidación en su organización. Resaltar que para la dirección y la toma de decisiones se debe considerar un buen gestor para que ejecute a cabalidad está enorme responsabilidad encaminando a la empresa a lograr sus metas y objetivos trazados. Cabe Resaltar que son cuatro las funciones de la gestión empresarial: Dirección planificación, organización y control que se debe tener en cuenta para una buena gestión.
