Abstract
La investigación titulada: recursos educativos virtuales y estrés laboral de los
docentes la Institución Educativa Alcides Spelucín Vega – Región Callao durante el
estado de emergencia, 2020, tuvo como objetivo general, determinar qué relación existe
entre la aplicación de los recursos educativos virtuales y el estrés laboral de los docentes
la Institución Educativa Alcides Spelucín Vega durante el estado de emergencia, 2020.
El método empleado fue deductivo, el tipo de investigación es básica, de nivel
descriptiva - correlacional, en un enfoque cuantitativo; la población de estudio estuvo
conformada por 50 docentes en una muestra de tipo censal. La técnica empleada para la
recolección de información, fue encuesta, empleando el cuestionario como instrumento, los
que fueron debidamente validados a través de juicios de expertos y determinado su
confiabilidad a través del estadístico de fiabilidad (Alfa de Cronbach).
Concluyendo que los valores obtenidos en la prueba de hipótesis dan evidencias
suficientes para afirmar que la variable 1: recursos educativos virtuales, tiene relación
positiva considerable (Rho = ,760) y significativa (p valor = 0.000 menor que 0.05) con la
variable 2: estrés laboral docente en la Institución Educativa Alcides Spelucín Vega - Región
Callao, durante el estado de emergencia, 2020.
The research entitled: Virtual educational resources and occupational stress of teachers at the Alcides Spelucín Vega Educational Institution - Callao Region during the state of emergency, 2020, had the general objective of determining what relationship exists between the application of virtual educational resources and stress of the teachers at the Alcides Spelucín Vega Educational Institution during the state of emergency, 2020. The method used is deductive, the type of research is basic, descriptive- correlational level, in a quantitative approach; The study population consisted of 50 teachers in a census-type sample. The technique used to collect information was a survey, using the questionnaires as an instrument, which were duly validated through expert judgments and their reliability determined through the reliability statistic (Cronbach's Alpha). Concluding that the values obtained in the hypothesis test provide sufficient evidence to affirm that variable 1: Virtual educational resources, has a considerable positive relationship (Rho = .760) and significant (p value = 0.000 less than 0.05) with variable 2: Occupational stress of the teachers at the Alcides Spelucín Vega Educational Institution - Callao Region during the state of emergency, 2020.
