Abstract
La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la satisfacción
laboral y el compromiso organizacional del personal docente de la Institución Educativa
Nº7102 San Francisco de Asís, Pachacamac. Se realizó la investigación bajo el enfoque
cuantitativo, de tipo correlacional con diseño no experimental, la muestra estimada fue no
probabilística y estuvo conformada por 85 docentes a quienes se les suministró el
cuestionario de satisfacción laboral de 28 ítems y el cuestionario del compromiso
organizacional de 22 ítems utilizando la técnica de la encuesta. Se concluyó, que existe
relación directa y significativa entre la satisfacción laboral y el compromiso organizacional
del personal docente de la Institución Educativa Nº 7102 San Francisco de Asís,
Pachacamac; puesto que el nivel de significancia calculada es p < 0,05 y el coeficiente de
correlación de Rho de Spearman tiene un valor de 0,744.
The objective of this thesis was to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the teaching staff of the Educational Institution No. 7102 San Francisco de Asís, Pachacamac.
