Abstract
El objetivo general de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre el estilo de
liderazgo directivo y el clima organizacional en la Institución Educativa Nº 5122 José
Andrés Rázuri Estévez de Pachacútec – Ventanilla, Región Callao. La muestra estuvo
compuesta por 53 docentes. El método empleado fue el hipotético-deductivo, el propósito el
diseño no experimental de nivel correlacional de corte transversal; se recogió la información
en un período específico, se desarrolló la técnica de la encuesta virtual y el instrumento que se
utilizó fue un cuestionario. Para la confiabilidad del instrumento se utilizó el Alfa de
Cronbach por ser un instrumento graduado en la escala politómica que salió excelente para
ambas variables: 0,982 para la variable liderazgo directivo y 0, 952 para la variable clima
organizacional. Para el análisis descriptivo se realizó tablas de distribución de frecuencias y el
figura de barras. Y para la contratación de la hipótesis se llevó a cabo por Rho de Spearman.
La investigación concluyó que existe una correlación buena (Rh0= 0,756) entre el estilo de
liderazgo directivo y el clima organizacional en la Institución Educativa Nº 5122 José
Andrés Rázuri Estévez de Pachacútec – Ventanilla, Región Callao. Siendo pvalor =0,000
<0,05; lo cual indica que existe correlación y se confirmó la hipótesis y el objetivo general del
estudio.
The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the managerial leadership style and the organizational climate in Educational Institution No. 5122 José Andrés Rázuri Estévez de Pachacútec - Ventanilla, Callao Region.
