Abstract
El presente trabajo demostró correlación alta que significa relación de influencia
directa entre la actualización permanente y la calidad educativa en el docente de Educación
Secundaria de la Región Callao. El universo estuvo conformado por los 60 sujetos entre
docentes y directivos que pertenecen a la Institución Educativa “Heroínas Toledo”, se
determinó una muestra censal al 100% de sujetos. Los instrumentos fueron elaborados bajo
los enfoques de Jorge Seibold para Calidad Educativa y de Noemí Pulido para
Actualización Permanente, resultando un cuestionario a ser administrados por encuesta,
que evaluaron los indicadores de la variable principal Actualización Permanente y la
variable secundaria Calidad educativa, compuesto de 60 ítems de respuesta en escala de
frecuencia, referidos a: Conocimientos, apoyo institucional, actitud. para la variable
principal y equidad, relevancia, eficiencia para la variable secundaria. La validez del
contenido de dichos instrumentos se obtuvo por juicio de expertos y la confiabilidad fue
estimada por consistencia interna de correlación entre ítems con el coeficiente alfa de
Cronbach 0.744 y 0.841, según resultados aplicados en prueba piloto a un grupo aleatorio
de 10 docentes. Los datos fueron procesados en el software estadístico SPSS Versión 25.0
Lo obtenido evidencia niveles muy altos entre las variables.
Se concluyó que existe influencia significativa de la actualización permanente
sobre la calidad académica de los docentes. Por otro lado, los resultados demuestran
también que el estado actual del nivel motivacional y los obstáculos y limitaciones del
personal juegan un importante papel y deben ser evaluados en las decisiones de gestión
sobre mejora de la Calidad educativa.
The present work showed a high correlation that means a direct influence relationship between permanent updating and educational quality in the Secondary Education teacher in the Educational Institutions of the Callao Region. The universe was made up of 60 subjects, including teachers and managers who belong to the Educational Institution "Heroines Toledo", a census sample of 100% of subjects was determined. The instruments were developed under the approaches of Jorge Seibold for Educational Quality and of Noemí Pulido for Permanent Update, resulting in a questionnaire to be administered by survey, which evaluated the indicators of the main variable Permanent Update and the secondary variable Educational quality, composed of 60 Response items on a frequency scale, referring to: Knowledge, institutional support, attitude. for the main variable and equity, relevance, efficiency for the secondary variable. The validity of the content of these instruments was obtained by expert judgment and the reliability was estimated by internal consistency of correlation between items with Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.744 and 0.841, according to results applied in a pilot test to a random group of 10 teachers. The data were processed in the statistical software SPSS Version 25.0. The obtained evidence shows very high levels between the variables. It was concluded that there is a significant influence of permanent updating on the academic quality of teachers. On the other hand, the results also show that the current state of the motivational level and the obstacles and limitations of the staff play an important role and should be evaluated in management decisions on improving educational quality.
