Abstract
El presente estudio titulado: Estrategia metodológica de gestión participativa y el
servicio educativo según los estudiantes del colegio Juan Linares Rojas Callao - 2020, tuvo
como hipótesis general: La estrategia metodológica de gestión participativa se relaciona
significativamente con el servicio educativo según los estudiantes de 4° y 5° año de
secundaria del colegio Juan Linares Rojas, Callao 2020. El enfoque es cuantitativo, el
método utilizado es el hipotético-deductivo, que consiste en la observación del fenómeno a
estudiar y la creación de una hipótesis para explicar dicho fenómeno. La investigación se
dirigió a 121 estudiantes. Para recoger información se elaboraron dos cuestionarios que se
tomaron a los estudiantes, para evaluar la estrategia metodológica de gestión participativa
de 29 preguntas y el servicio educativo de 32 preguntas, en ambos casos se aplicó la
técnica de la encuesta, los datos obtenidos fueron transcritos a la base de datos en el
Paquete Estadístico para la Ciencias Sociales (SPSS 25.0). Los resultados de análisis
estadístico demuestran que la estrategia metodológica de la gestión participativa no tiene
relación significativa con el servicio educativo según los estudiantes de 4° y 5° año de
secundaria del colegio Juan Linares Rojas, Callao 2020.
The present study entitled: Participatory management as methodological strategy and the educational service according to the students of the school Juan Linares Rojas Callao - 2020, had as a general hypothesis: The participatory management as methodological strategy is significantly related to the educational service according to the students of 4th and 5th year of the secondary school at the Juan Linares Rojas school, Callao 2020. It has a quantitative approach and uses the hypothetical-deductive method that consists of observing the phenomenon to be studied, by creating a hypothesis to explain said phenomenon. The research addressed 121 students. To collect information, we developed two questionnaires for the students, one to evaluate the participatory management as methodological strategy consisting of 29 questions and one on the educational service consisting of 32 questions. In both cases the questionnaires were applied through surveys, the data obtained was transcribed through the database Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 25.0). The results of this statistical analysis show that the participatory management as methodological strategy does not have a significant relationship with the educational service according to the 4th and 5th grade high school students of the Juan Linares Rojas school, Callao 2020
