Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como propósito identificar la relación que existe
entre la Supervisión educativa y el Desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa 5049
Emma Dettmann de Gutiérrez. Las variables estudiadas son la supervisión educativa y el
desempeño docente. La investigación se realizó en la Institución Educativa Emma
Dettmann de Gutiérrez, tomando en cuenta las siguientes dimensiones: planificación,
organización, ejecución y evaluación, planificación curricular, material didáctico y,
actitudes y valores del docente que se desempeña en la institución mencionada. El enfoque
de la investigación es cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo correlacional, diseño longitudinal,
método hipotético deductivo. La población y muestra se conformó considerando la unidad
de estudio del presente estudio. La técnica utilizada para recabar la información fue la
encuesta y los instrumentos fueron el Cuestionario sobre supervisión educativa y
cuestionario sobre desempeño docente. Las conclusiones a las cuales se arribó, son las
siguientes existe relación significativa entre la supervisión educativa a nivel total, y el
desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa Emma Dettmann de Gutiérrez.
The purpose of this research is to identify the relationship that exists between Educational Supervision and Teacher Performance in Educational Institution 5049 Emma Dettmann de Gutierrez. The variables studied are: educational supervision and teaching performance. The research was carried out at the Emma Dettmann de Gutierrez Educational Institution, taking into account the following dimensions: planning, organization, execution and evaluation, curricular planning, didactic material and, attitudes and values of the teacher who works in the mentioned institution. The research approach is quantitative, type of research is descriptive correlative, research design is longitudinal, hypothetical deductive method. The population and sample were made up considering the study unit of the present study. The technique used to collect the information was the survey and the instruments were: Questionnaire on educational supervision and questionnaire on teacher performance. The conclusions reached are the following: There is a significant relationship between educational supervision at the total level, and teacher performance at the Emma Dettmann de Gutierrez Educational Institution.
