Abstract
Esta investigación estudió el problema ¿Qué relación existe entre la gestión pedagógica y
la calidad educativa en la Institución Educativa Fe y Alegría Nº 53 del nivel secundario en
el Asentamiento Humano Huaycan? La población está formada por los 104 estudiantes de
la institución educativa Fe y Alegría Nº 53, del Asentamiento Humano Huaycan ,
matriculados en el año 2018. Se administraron dos cuestionarios, utilizando un diseño
correlacional, a 50 estudiantes, mediante un muestreo probabilístico con afijación
proporcional. Los resultados indican que existe una relación significativa entre la
planificación académica y la calidad educativa (r = 0.357; p < 0.05), también, existe una
relación significativa entre la implementación didáctica y la calidad educativa (r = 0.366; p
< 0.01) y una relación significativa entre la implementación didáctica y la calidad
educativa (r = 0.541; p < 0.01). En conclusión, existe una relación significativa entre la
gestión pedagógica y la calidad educativa en la Institución Educativa Fe y Alegría Nº 53
del nivel secundario en el Asentamiento Humano Huaycan, porque los datos, de la
estadística descriptiva, muestran porcentajes altos y la estadística inferencial, mediante el
coeficiente r de Pearson (r = 0.782), que tiene un valor de significancia de (p < 0.01).Por lo
tanto, se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis alternativa.
The present investigation studied the problem What relationship exists between the pedagogical management and the educational quality in the Educational Institution Fe y Alegría Nº 53 of the secondary level in the Huaycan Human Settlement? The population is formed by the 104 students of the educational institution Fe y Alegría Nº 53 "of the Human Settlement Huaycan enrolled in the year 2018. Two questionnaires were administered, using a correlational design, to 50 students, by means of a probabilistic sampling with proportional affixation. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between academic planning and educational quality (r = 0.357, p <0.05), there is also a significant relationship between didactic implementation and educational quality (r = 0.366, p <0.01) and there is a significant relationship between the didactic implementation and the educational quality (r = 0.541, p <0.01). In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between pedagogical management and educational quality in the Fe y Alegría Educational Institution No. 53 of the secondary level in Huaycan Human Settlement, because the descriptive statistics data show high percentages and inferential statistics, through the Pearson r coefficient (r = 0.782) that has a value of significance of (p <0.01), therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted.
