Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es el estudio minucioso que se ha efectuado permite decir que los lubricantes han sido soluciones que a través del tiempo se han ido modificando de acuerdo a los avances y necesidades de funcionabilidad de las máquinas y equipos. La lubricación y refrigeración son dos sistemas muy distintos cada uno trabaja independientemente. El sistema de refrigeración se centra en aminorar o mantener una temperatura adecuada en la herramienta de corte, el sistema cuenta con un circuito cerrado de desplazamiento de la solución líquida. El sistema de refrigeración es muy importante, para el óptimo resultado de una operación de mecanizado. Este factor relevante nos dará la posibilidad de trabajar a velocidades muy elevadas, así también nos permitirá obtener durabilidad del filo de una herramienta y el acabado superficial de calidad. El calor y la fricción son las causas principales de fracturas de la herramienta. Al reducir la cantidad de calor y la fricción creadas durante una operación de maquinado, se puede aumentar en mucho la vida de una herramienta de corte.

The objective of this research work is the detailed study that has been carried out, allowing us to say that lubricants have been solutions that have been modified over time according to the advances and functionality needs of machines and equipment. Lubrication and cooling are two very different systems, each one working independently. The cooling system focuses on reducing or maintaining a suitable temperature in the cutting tool, the system has a closed circuit for the displacement of the liquid solution. The cooling system is very important for the optimal result of a machining operation. This relevant factor will give us the possibility of working at very high speeds, as well as allowing us to obtain durability of the edge of a tool and a quality surface finish. Heat and friction are the main causes of tool fractures. By reducing the amount of heat and friction created during a machining operation, the life of a cutting tool can be greatly increased.
