Abstract
En la presente investigación se reporta un estudio cuyo objetivo fue determinar la
relación que existe entre satisfacción laboral y actitud frente a la innovación educativa
mediante técnicas de trabajo cooperativo en docentes. El diseño de la investigación es
correlacional, en el que participaron 53 docentes de la institución educativa Víctor Andrés
Belaunde del distrito de La Victoria-Lima. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la escala de
satisfacción laboral “escala de opinión SL-SPC”, desarrollada por Palma (2005) y el
cuestionario-escala sobre actitud del profesorado frente a la innovación educativa
mediante técnicas de trabajo cooperativo (CAPIC) elaborado por Traver y García (2007).
Los resultados evidencian que existe relación entre las variables satisfacción laboral y
actitud frente a la innovación educativa en los docentes encuestados. Se concluye que
existe relación positiva entre satisfacción laboral y actitud frente a la innovación educativa
mediante técnicas de trabajo cooperativo en docentes de la institución educativa Víctor
Andrés Belaunde.
This study reports a study whose objective was to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and attitude towards educational innovation through cooperative work techniques in teachers. The research design is correlational, in which 53 teachers from the Víctor Andrés Belaunde educational institution from the district of La Victoria-Lima participated.
