Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es todo los ciclos de vida de una organización son muy importantes de reconocerlos cada uno, por la información válida y que sirven de ayuda para prever riesgos futuros, reducir incertidumbres, entender en qué lugares debes poner mayor esfuerzo, diseñar los indicadores de seguimiento adecuados como controlar mejor todas las fases del proyecto empresarial de cualquier organización.
La etapa empresarial permite a los visionarios enfocarse en validar si el producto que va a sacar al mercado es confiable, sostenible, fiable y que garanticen el rubro que va desarrollarse la empresa.
La etapa de colectividad permite a la empresa determinar una forma organizada del trabajo, desplegando y atribuyendo responsabilidades que garanticen la claridad del producto ofrecido al mercado. El rol del líder juega un papel determinante.
La etapa de formalización permite al emprendimiento implementar nuevas estrategias para crecer en el mercado, se puede decir que es una etapa de florecimiento.
La etapa de elaboración permite al empresario vivir una etapa de madurez que puede llevarlo a un periodo parcial de declive sino se toman las decisiones pertinentes que no lleve a la empresa a su desaparición.
En resumen, tener claro cuál es el ciclo de vida de tu proyecto es clave para poder realizar una gestión adecuada y eficaz.
The objective of this research work is that all the life cycles of an organization are very important to recognize each one, for the valid information and that help to anticipate future risks, reduce uncertainties, understand where you should put more effort, design appropriate monitoring indicators such as better control of all phases of the business project of any organization. The business stage allows the visionaries to focus on validating whether the product that is going to be brought to the market is reliable, sustainable, reliable and that guarantees the item that the company is going to develop. The community stage allows the company to determine an organized form of work, deploying and assigning responsibilities that guarantee the clarity of the product offered to the market. The role of the leader plays a determining role. The formalization stage allows the enterprise to implement new strategies to grow in the market, it can be said that it is a flourishing stage. The elaboration stage allows the entrepreneur to live a stage of maturity that can lead to a partial period of decline if the pertinent decisions are not taken that do not lead the company to its disappearance. In summary, being clear about the life cycle of your project is key to being able to carry out adequate and effective management.
