Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación son los telares tanto manuales como telares mecanizados a lo largo de la evolución siguen manteniendo las mismas técnicas en cuanto a la urdimbre y trama, ya que, solo han modificado y mejorado las técnicas con nuevas herramientas que han permitido la fluidez y rapidez del proceso de producción. Cuando hablamos de la invención del telar de Jacquar podemos sintetizar que el no invento el telar, ya que, este estaba creado desde la época neolítica, lo que hizo el francés fue mejorar, optimizar el proceso de ejecución aplicando tarjetas perforadas con un sistema continuo. Se necesita que las normas de higiene y seguridad no se tomen simplemente como una recomendación, si no, como una obligación de parte de cada estudiante. Necesitamos que respeten las normas de trabajo en el taller de telares, que tengan en claro la manipulación de instrumentos y máquinas en el taller para poder prevenir accidentes y evitar daños tanto físicamente como mentalmente. Para la realización de un proyecto en un telar, no se requiere necesariamente un telar de pedal o un telar horizontal o tal vez algo más complejo como un telar mecanizado, simplemente basta con 4 estacas de madera que tengan una longitud promedio para empezar a aprender esta maravillosa técnica de los tejidos planos.

The objective of this research work is both manual looms and mechanized looms throughout evolution, they continue to maintain the same techniques in terms of warp and weft, since they have only modified and improved the techniques with new tools that have allowed the fluidity and speed of the production process. When we talk about the invention of the Jacquard loom, we can summarize that he did not invent the loom, since it had been created since Neolithic times, what the French did was improve, optimize the execution process by applying perforated cards with a continuous system. It is necessary that the hygiene and safety regulations are not taken simply as a recommendation, but rather as an obligation on the part of each student. We need them to respect the work rules in the loom workshop, to be clear about the manipulation of instruments and machines in the workshop in order to prevent accidents and avoid damage both physically and mentally. To carry out a project on a loom, a pedal loom or a horizontal loom or perhaps something more complex like a mechanized loom is not necessarily required, simply 4 wooden stakes of average length are enough to start learning this wonderful technique of flat fabrics.
