Abstract
El principal objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la relación entre la calidad
de servicios y el empoderamiento del personal docente en el Centro de Educación Técnico
Productiva “Carlos Cueto Fernandini”, distrito de Barranco, durante el periodo académico
2017-II. La investigación realizada fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico, de nivel
correlacional, con un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal. La población estuvo
conformada por 460 estudiantes, cuya muestra fue probabilística, estuvo constituida por
210 estudiantes de la institución en mención. Para el estudio de las variables: calidad de
servicios y empoderamiento, se empleó como técnica de recolección de datos la encuesta
que utilizó como instrumento el cuestionario, los mismos que previamente estuvieron
debidamente validados, con óptimos niveles de confiabilidad. Los resultados de la
investigación demuestran que existe una relación significativa (p = 0,000) en el nivel de
correlación positiva muy fuerte (r = 0,916) entre la calidad de servicios y el
empoderamiento. Finalmente, las conclusiones indican que: Existe relación significativa
entre la calidad de servicios y el empoderamiento del personal docente en el Centro de
Educación Técnico Productiva “Carlos Cueto Fernandini”, distrito de Barranco, durante el
periodo académico 2017-II, con un nivel de significancia de 0,05 y Rho de Spearman =
0,916 y p-valor = 0,000 < 0,05.
The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the quality of services and the empowerment of teaching staff at the "Carlos Cueto Fernandini" Technical Productive Education Center, district of Barranco, during the 2017-II academic period. The research carried out was of a quantitative approach, of a basic type, correlational level, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population was conformed by 460 students, whose sample was probabilistic, was constituted by 210 students of the institution in mention. For the study of the variables: quality of services and empowerment, the survey that used the questionnaire was used as a data collection technique, the same ones that were previously duly validated, with optimal levels of reliability. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship (p = 0.000) in the level of very strong positive correlation (r = 0.916) between the quality of services and empowerment. Finally, the conclusions indicate that: There is a significant relationship between the quality of services and the empowerment of the teaching staff at the "Carlos Cueto Fernandini" Technical Productive Education Center, Barranco district, during the academic period 2017-II, with a level of significance of 0.05 and Rho of Spearman = 0.916 and p-value = 0.000 <0.05.
