Abstract
En la tesis titulada La Gestión de Recursos y su relación con la Calidad del Servicio
Educativo en el Colegio Trilce Santa Anita, Lima – 2019, se dio a conocer el problema
general: ¿En qué medida la gestión de recursos se relaciona con la calidad del servicio
educativo en el Colegio Trilce sede Santa Anita, Lima – 2019?, con el objetivo de analizar
en qué medida la gestión de recursos se relaciona con la calidad del servicio educativo en
el colegio Trilce sede Santa Anita, Lima – 2019. Siendo la hipótesis de que existe relación
entre la gestión de recursos y calidad del servicio educativo en el Colegio Trilce sede Santa
Anita, Lima – 2019. Teniendo como variables: Variable 1: Gestión de Recursos y Variable
2: Calidad del Servicio Educativo. La presente investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo.
La investigación fue de tipo teórico descriptiva. La investigación descriptiva busca
especificar las propiedades, las características y los perfiles importantes de personas,
grupos, comunidades o cualquier fenómeno que se someta a un análisis. Hernández, et al
(2003) Población: Directivos, administrativos y docentes de la Institución Educativa Trilce
de Santa Anita, Muestra: Muestro probalística 30 docentes del nivel primaria, 2 directivos
y 5 administrativos. Se concluye que la gestión de recursos se relaciona directa y
significativamente con la calidad del servicio educativo en el Colegio Trilce sede Santa
Anita, Lima – 2019, (p = 0.000 < 0.05, Rho de Spearman = 0.811 siendo correlación
positiva alta). Por lo tanto, la gestión de recursos adecuada favorece la calidad del servicio
educativo en el Colegio Trilce sede Santa Anita, Lima – 2019; y se recomienda que El
Colegio Trilce sede Santa Anita, Lima deben promover la calidad del servicio educativo
del personal del centro.
In the thesis entitled Resource Management and its relationship with the Quality of the Educational Service at the Trilce Santa Anita School, Lima - 2019, the general problem was revealed: To what extent is resource management related to the quality of the educational service at the Trilce school headquarters Santa Anita, Lima - 2019 ?, with the aim of analyzing to what extent resource management is related to the quality of the educational service at the Trilce school headquarters Santa Anita, Lima - 2019. The hypothesis being that there is a relationship between the management of resources and the quality of the educational service in the School Trilce headquarters Santa Anita, Lima - 2019. Having as variables: Variable 1: Resource Management and Variable 2: Quality of the Educational Service. The present investigation was of a quantitative approach. The research was of a descriptive theoretical type. Descriptive research seeks to specify the important properties, characteristics, and profiles of individuals, groups, communities, or any phenomenon that is subjected to analysis. Hernández, et al (2003) Population: Directors, administrators and teachers of the Trilce de Santa Anita Educational Institution, Sample: Probalistic sample 30 teachers of the primary level, 2 directors and 5 administrative. It is concluded that resource management is directly and significantly related to the quality of the educational service at School Trilce headquarters Santa Anita, Lima - 2019, (p = 0.000 <0.05, Spearman's Rho = 0.811 being a high positive correlation). Therefore, the management of resources generates adequate meaning, thus favoring the quality of the educational service at School Trilce headquarters Santa Anita, Lima - 2019; and it is recommended that El School Trilce headquarters Santa Anita, Lima should promote the quality of the educational service of the center's staff.
