Abstract
El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre
las rúbricas de observaciones en el aula y las evaluaciones de desempeño laboral en la
Institución Educativa Parroquial Madre Admirable UGEL N° 07 distrito San Luis, 2019 El
enfoque fue de una investigación cuantitativa, de tipo descriptivo - explicativo, de diseño
no experimental - transeccional. La población estuvo compuesta por 70 docentes de la
Institución Educativa Parroquial Madre Admirable UGEL N° 07 distrito San Luis, 2019,
los cuales se tomó se utilizó el muestreo no probabilístico intencional, a quienes se les
aplicaron dos encuestas de 24 y 38 preguntas con una escala de cinco categorías de
respuestas referida a ambas variables. Este instrumento tuvo una fuerte confiabilidad de
0,880 y 0,905. Se realizó el análisis correspondiente a los resultados de la encuesta
llegando a la demostración empírica de que un 99.9 % apoya o considera positivamente los
requerimientos de los indicadores y las dimensiones propuestas en el instrumento; esto fue
ampliamente corroborado y contrastado empleando el Rho de Spearman. Se concluyó que
existe una relación directa y significativa entre las rúbricas de observaciones en el aula y
las evaluaciones del desempeño laboral en la Institución Educativa Parroquial Madre
Admirable UGEL N° 07 distrito San Luis, 2019.

The population was made up of 70 teachers from the Mother Admirable Parish Educational Institution UGEL No. 07 district San Luis, 2019, which was used intentional non-probabilistic sampling, to which two surveys of 24 and 38 questions were applied with one Five categories of responses scale referring to both variables. This instrument had a strong reliability of 0.880 and 0.905. The analysis corresponding to the results of the survey was carried out arriving at the empirical demonstration that 99.9% support or positively consider the requirements of the indicators and the dimensions proposed in the instrument; This was widely corroborated and contrasted using Spearman's Rho. It was concluded that there is a direct and significant relationship between the rubrics of observations in the classroom and the evaluations of work performance in the Mother Admirable Parish Educational Institution UGEL No. 07 district San Luis, 2019.
