La gestión educativa y su relación con la práctica docente en la Institución Educativa Inicial N° 180 Santa Clara Ate - 2016

Abstract

La tesis La gestión educativa y su relación con la práctica docente en la Institución Educativa Inicial N° 180 Santa Clara – Ate - 2016 es un estudio cuantitativo, de tipo sustantiva. Se trabajó con el diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional; se contó con la participación de treinta docentes. La muestra fue probabilística. Para medir las variables, se utilizó el cuestionario según las variables (gestión educativa y práctica docente). Se halló que el 40,0% (12) señalan que existe una buena gestión educativa y el 36,7% (11) una eficiente práctica docente. Lo que concluye que existe relación directa y significativa entre la gestión educativa y la práctica docente en la Institución Educativa Inicial N° 180 Santa Clara Ugel 06 de Ate, 2016 con Rho de Spearman = 0,917, siendo correlación positiva muy fuerte.

What concludes that there is a directive and significant relationship between educational management and teaching practice in the Initial Educational Institution No. 180 Santa Clara Ugel 06 of Ate, 2016 with Rho de Spearman = 0.917, being a very high positive correlation.
