Abstract
El objetivo de esta tesis ha sido: Determinar la relación entre Relación entre la
planificación estratégica y el mejoramiento del desarrollo institucional de las instituciones
educativas de la Red N° 04, Callao durante el año 2008; estudio desarrollado en el enfoque
cuantitativo, analizando la implicancia del proceso de modernización del sistema educativo
así como en el alcance de los objetivos del Proyecto Educativo al 2021. El tipo de
investigación fue básico descriptivo, de nivel correlacional porque se buscó determinar el
grado de relación que existe entre las dos variables de estudio, el diseño que se empleó fue
no experimental de corte transversal y de enfoque cuantitativo. Para ello, se acopió data en
un espacio temporal determinado. La muestra estuvo constituida por 168 docentes de esta
Red. Se trató de una muestra probabilística, a quienes se les administro dos instrumentos
para recolectar datos, dichos instrumentos fueron construidos en base a la teoría
fundamentada, en el proceso de operacionalización sometiéndolo a la prueba de validez
por el método de criterio de expertos quienes determinaron su validez, asimismo se realizó
la prueba de confiabilidad con el coeficiente Alpha de Cronbach, resultando un índice
mayor a ,800 por tanto se confirma que el instrumento es aplicable al estudio. Esta
investigación concluyo que: con un grado de correlación rs 0,922 y un valor p 0 0,000
menor al nivel de 0,05 se determinó que: Existe relación significativa entre la planificación
estratégica y el mejoramiento del desarrollo institucional de las instituciones educativas de
la Red N° 04, Callao durante el año 2008.
The objective of this thesis was: To determine the relationship between strategic management and competitiveness in the perception of teachers in educational institutions, primary school in the Network 10 - Callao, 2008; A study developed in the quantitative approach, analyzing the implications of the process of modernization of the educational system as well as the achievement of the objectives of the Educational Project to 2021.The type of research was basic descriptive, correlational level because it was sought to determine the degree of relationship that exists between the two study variables, the design that was used was non - experimental cross - sectional and quantitative approach. For this purpose, data was collected in a given time space. The sample consisted of 168 teachers of this Network. It was a probabilistic sample, to whom two instruments were given to collect data, these instruments were built based on the theory grounded, in the process of operationalization submitting it to the test of Validity by the criterion method of experts who determined its validity, also the test of reliability with the coefficient Alpha of Cronbach was made, resulting in an index greater than, 800 therefore it is confirmed that the instrument is applicable to the study. This research concluded that: with a correlation degree rs 0.922 and a value p 0 0,000 lower than the level of 0.05, it was determined that: There is a significant relationship between strategic management and competitiveness in the perception of teachers in educational institutions, 10-Callao, and 2008.
