Abstract
En el presente trabajo de investigación cuyo título es Características del Marketing en la
gerencia de ventas de una empresa procesadora de alimentos. Lima – 2018, se tomaron
como antecedentes los trabajos nacionales provenientes de diversos centros de enseñanza
superior: Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú, San Martín de Porres y la Universidad
de Lima entre otras. A nivel internacional se hizo referencia de trabajos provenientes de
Universidad Católica de Loja de Quito, además de una revisión de las obras de diversos
autores entre los cuales quisiéramos destacar a Philip Kotler, así como también a Roberto
Hernández Sampieri, Carlos Fernández y Pilar Baptista, plasmadas en la metodología de la
investigación entre otros destacados autores. El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar
las características del marketing en la gerencia de ventas de la empresa Quality Food
Export Perú SAC en Lima, periodo 2018. La metodología tiene un nivel de investigación
con un enfoque descriptivo y un diseño de la investigación no experimental de alcance
transversal o transeccional. La población y muestra estuvo conformada por la totalidad de
trabajadores que laboran pertenecientes a la Gerencia de Marketing. El instrumento
utilizado fue una encuesta diseñada con nueve preguntas con una escala de Likert de cinco
opciones. En las conclusiones de la investigación se determinó que la empresa tiene
deficiencias en la aplicación de estrategias de marketing adecuadas, el uso de canales de
comercialización virtuales y deficiencias en el área de producción de la empresa.
In this research work entitled Marketing Characteristics in the sales management of a food processing company. Lima – 2018, The national works from various higher education centers were taken as antecedents: National University of Central Peru, San Martín de Porres and the University of Lima, among others. At the international level, reference was made to works from the Catholic University of Loja de Quito, in addition to a review of the works of various authors, among which we would like to highlight Philip Kotler, as well as Roberto Hernández Sampieri, Carlos Fernández and Pilar Baptista, embodied in the research methodology among other prominent authors. The objective of the research was to determine the characteristics of marketing in the sales management of the company Quality Food Export Peru SAC in Lima, period 2018. The methodology has a research level with a descriptive approach and a non-experimental research design of transverse or transectional reach. The population and sample was made up of all the workers who work in those belonging to the marketing management the instrument used was a survey designed with nine questions with a Likert scale of five options. In the conclusions of the investigation it was determined that the company has deficiencies in the application of adequate marketing strategies, the use of virtual marketing channels and deficiencies in the company's production area.
