Abstract
El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre el
liderazgo transformacional y la motivación laboral en los trabajadores de la Institución
Educativa Javier Heraud, UGEL 1, San Juan de Miraflores, junio - 2018. Se planteó la
hipótesis: Existe relación significativa entre el liderazgo transformacional y la motivación
laboral en los trabajadores de la Institución Educativa Javier Heraud, UGEL 1, San Juan de
Miraflores, junio - 2018. La metodología aplicada es de enfoque cuantitativo, el tipo es una
investigación sustantiva, utiliza el nivel descriptivo, con un diseño no experimental
transversal correlacional. La población estuvo compuesta por 102 trabajadores (docentes y
administrativos), la muestra fue hallada mediante el muestreo probabilística eligiendo solo
a 81 trabajadores. Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y el cuestionario como instrumento,
se utilizó el Software SPSS v. 24 para el procesamiento de datos. En cuanto a la
estadística en el nivel descriptivo se halló que el 51,9% consideran bueno el liderazgo
transformacional y el 53,1% consideran muy buena la motivación laboral. Su principal
conclusión indica que: Existe relación significativa entre el liderazgo transformacional y la
motivación laboral en los trabajadores de la Institución Educativa Javier Heraud, UGEL 1,
San Juan de Miraflores, junio - 2018 (p-valor < 0,05; Rho de Spearman = 0,601
Correlación positiva alta).
The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between transformational leadership and work motivation in the workers of the Javier Heraud Educational Institution, UGEL 1, San Juan de Miraflores, June - 2018. The hypothesis was raised: There is a significant relationship between Transformational leadership and work motivation in the workers of the Javier Heraud Educational Institution, UGEL 1, San Juan de Miraflores, June - 2018. The methodology applied is quantitative, the type is a substantive investigation, it uses the descriptive level, with a non-experimental crosscorrelational design. The population was composed of 102 workers (teachers and administrative), the sample was found by probabilistic sampling choosing only 81 workers. We used the survey technique and the questionnaire as an instrument, we used the SPSS Software v. 24 for data processing. Regarding statistics at the descriptive level, it was found that 51.9% considered transformational leadership good and 53.1% considered labor motivation very good. Its main conclusion indicates that: There is a significant relationship between transformational leadership and work motivation in the workers of the Javier Heraud Educational Institution, UGEL 1, San Juan de Miraflores, June - 2018 (p-value <0.05; Rho de Spearman = 0.601 High positive correlation).
