Abstract
Actualmente todas las instituciones educativas crean estrategias en busca de la calidad
educativa, es por eso que instituciones como la UNESCO en el Perú en cooperación con el
Ministerio de Educación, brindan conocimientos, estrategias y recursos a los directores de
las instituciones educativas para intervenir de manera favorable en la gestión educativa, la
cual es una disciplina de desarrollo reciente, que busca complementar la parte
administrativa con la parte pedagógica. Esta realidad, no es ajena en la Institución
Educativa “Miraflores” de la UGEL 07 Surquillo, Lima 2015, es así que la investigación
cumple el objetivo de demostrar la correlación entre la ocupación extracurricular y la
gestión pedagógica administrativa de los profesores de este plantel, con el fin de crear
estrategias que contribuyan al mejor desempeño de su labor, el cual repercutirá en los
estudiantes quienes serían los mayores beneficiarios. El método de estudio fue estadístico
analítico y comparativo, realizando el estudio censal, pues se investigó a toda la población
de docentes del centro educativo, que sumaron 75 profesores, quienes llenaron dos
cuestionarios con las variables a investigar, con un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo
descriptivo correlacional, con el propósito de medir la intensidad de covariación entre
dichas variables (Hernández; Fernández & Baptista, 2010). Llegando a la conclusión de la
existencia significativa de la correlación entre las variables, respondiendo a las nueve
hipótesis planteadas, lo cual ayudará a que otros centros educativos planteen alternativas
para llegar a tener una gestión pedagógica administrativa que beneficie a los docentes.
Currently all educational institutions create strategies in search of educational quality, that is why institutions such as UNESCO in Peru in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, provide knowledge, strategies and resources to managers of educational institutions to intervene in a favorable way over educational management, which is a newly developed discipline, which seeks to supplement the administrative part with the educational part. This reality is not stranger to “Miraflores” Educational Institution from UGEL 07 Surquillo, Lima 2015, so, this research meets the objective of demonstrating the correlation between extracurricular occupation and educational administrative management of teachers of this school, in order to create strategies that contribute to the better performance of their work, which will affect students who would be the biggest beneficiaries. The study method was analytical statistics and comparative, conducting the census study, since the entire population of teachers in the school were studied, which totaled 75 teachers, who filled two questionnaires with variables to research, with a quantitative approach of descriptive correlational type, with the purpose of measuring the intensity of covariation between those variables (Hernández, Fernández & Baptista, 2010). Concluding the existence of significant correlation between variables, responding to the nine given hypotheses, which will help other educational institutions to raise other alternatives in order to have an educational management that benefits teachers.
