Las relaciones civiles - militares en el Perú y la relación con la contribución a la seguridad y al desarrollo nacional año 2014

Abstract

El tema en mención describe la problemática presentada por la amplia brecha existente en las relaciones civiles militares lo cual afecta el normal desarrollo de la nación como tal y la consecución del Bienestar General como fin supremo del Estado, más aún teniendo en cuenta que la historia del Perú siempre ha estado ligada al Ejército en lo que se conoció luego como la simbiosis “Pueblo – Fuerza Armada”. Es por eso que merece especial atención, ya que dentro del proceso de democratización que está dándose en nuestro país, es un aspecto de mucha importancia para su consolidación. Al termino de las encuestas realizadas podemos apreciar que existe reconocimiento y aprecio por la labor realizada por las FFAA, sin embargo también existe antagonismo por la percepción de que las FFAA representan un peligro para la estabilidad política del país, sin embargo en estos tiempos de cambios vertiginosos y globalización es necesario encontrar las herramientas que nos permitan encontrar una identidad común tanto para civiles como para militares puesto que de esa manera podremos juntos trabajar para lograr el gran cambio que el Perú necesita.

The subject in mention describes the problematic one presented/displayed by the ample existing breach in the military civil relations which so affects the normal development of the nation like and the attainment of the General Well-being like supreme aim of the State, but considering that the history of Peru always been has bound to army in which Town even knew soon like the symbiosis " – Armed Forces ". It is why it deserves special attention, since within the democratization process that this occurring in our country, is an aspect of much importance for its consolidation; to I finish of the made surveys we can appreciate that it exists recognition and esteem by the work made by the FFAA, nevertheless also exists antagonism by the perception of which the FFAA represent a danger for the political stability of the country, nevertheless in these times of vertiginous changes and globalización is necessary to find the tools that allow to as much find a common identity us for civilians as for the military since of that way we will be able together to work to obtain the great change that Peru needs.
