Abstract
La actitud innovadora y el desempeño docente en las instituciones educativas públicas
del nivel secundaria en el distrito de San Vicente – Cañete, durante el año 2017; es una
investigación descriptiva que utilizó un diseño correlacional y se situó a demostrar que
existe relación significativa entre la actitud innovadora y el desempeño docente, en las
Instituciones de Educación Básica Regular, nivel Secundaria en el distrito San Vicente –
Cañete, durante el año 2017.Según los resultados analizados de forma reflexiva y
contrastada se concluyó, que existe una relación significativa entre la actitud innovadora y
el desempeño docente en las Instituciones de Educación Básica Regular del nivel
Secundaria en el Distrito San Vicente – Cañete, durante el año 2017, con un nivel de
correlación estadísticamente significativa de 0,627. Puesto que, si se tiene en
consideración el coeficiente de variabilidad (r

= 0,393) se comprueba que el Desempeño
docente está determinada en un 39,3% por la Actitud innovadora en las Instituciones de
Educación Básica Regular del nivel Secundaria en el Distrito San Vicente – Cañete,
durante el año 2017.
The innovative attitude and the teaching performance in the public educational institutions of the secondary level in the district of San Vicente - Cañete, during the year 2017; It is a descriptive research that used a correlational design and was established to demonstrate that there is a significant relationship between the innovative attitude and the teaching performance, in the Regular Basic Education Institutions, Secondary level in the San Vicente district -Cañete, during the year 2017. According to the results analyzed in a reflexive and contrasted way, it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the innovative attitude and the teaching performance in the Regular Basic Education Institutions of the Secondary level in the San Vicente District - Cañete, during the year 2017, with a statistically significant correlation level of 0.627. Since, if the coefficient of variability is taken into account (r2 = 0.393) it is verified that the Teaching Performance is determined in 39.3% by the innovative attitude in the Regular Basic Education Institutions of the Secondary level in the San Vicente District - Cañete, during the year 2017.
