Gestión educativa y cultura organizacional en la Institución Educativa N° 111 Santa Anita, UGEL 06, Ate

Abstract

El presente estudio de investigación tuvo como objetivo central establecer la relación que existe entre la gestión educativa y cultura organizacional en la Institución Educativa N° 111 Santa Anita, UGEL 06. El estudio se enmarca en el enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo sustantivo o de base, con diseño descriptivo – correlacional y método hipotético deductivo. La muestra se definió a través del tipo de muestreo no probabilístico e intencionado, conformándose con 17 docentes de la institución en mención. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y como instrumentos se tomó en cuenta los cuestionarios sobre gestión educativa y cuestionario sobre cultura organizacional. Los datos estadísticos fueron procesados a través del programa SPSS en su última versión. Las conclusiones a las cuales se arribó, son las siguientes: Existe relación significativa entre la gestión educativa, a nivel total y por las dimensiones: planificación, organización, dirección y control, y cultura organizacional en la Institución Educativa N° 111 Santa Anita, UGEL 06.

The main objective of this research study vas to establish the relationship that exists between educational management and organizational culture in the Educational Institution No. 111 Santa Anita, UGEL 06. The study is framed in the quantitative approach, of a substantive or basic type, with descriptive - correlational design and hypothetical deductive method. The sample was defined through the type of non-probabilistic and intentional sampling, conforming to 17 teachers from the institution in question. The technique used was the survey and the questionnaires on educational management and the questionnaire on organizational culture were taken into account as instruments. The statistical data were processed through the SPSS program in its latest version. The conclusions reached are the following: There is a significant relationship between educational management, at a total level and by dimensions: planning, organization, direction and control, and organizational culture in Educational Institution N° 111 Santa Anita, UGEL 06.
