Abstract
A través de la aplicación de instrumentos como los cuestionarios sobre el
compromiso organizacional y el grado de desarrollo democrático institucional y teniendo
en cuenta un tamaño muestral de 60 elementos, se concluyó que la relación entre
compromiso organizacional de los docentes y el grado de desarrollo democrático
institucional en el Colegio Experimental de Aplicación de la UNE – 2020, es altamente
significativa. Además, se concluyó que la relación entre compromiso organizacional de los
docentes y el grado de respeto a las diferencias en el Colegio Experimental de Aplicación
de la UNE – 2020, es de muy alta significatividad. Adicionalmente, se concluyó que la
relación entre compromiso organizacional de los docentes y el grado de actitud de escucha
en el Colegio Experimental de Aplicación de la UNE – 2020, es altamente significativa.
También se llegó a la conclusión que la relación entre compromiso organizacional de los
docentes y el manejo de conflictos en el Colegio Experimental de Aplicación de la UNE –
2020, es moderadamente significativa Finalmente, tenemos que la relación entre
compromiso organizacional de los docentes y el lenguaje adecuado en el Colegio
Experimental de Aplicación de la UNE – 2020, es altamente significativa.
Through the application of instruments such as the Questionnaires on organizational commitment and the degree of institutional democratic development and taking into account a sample size of 60 elements, it was concluded that the relationship between teachers' organizational commitment and the degree of institutional democratic development at the UNE Experimental College of Application - 2020, it is highly significant. Furthermore, it was concluded that the relationship between teachers' organizational commitment and the degree of respect for differences in the UNE - 2020 Experimental College of Application is of very high significance. Additionally, it was concluded that the relationship between the teachers' organizational commitment and the degree of listening attitude at the UNE - 2020 Experimental College of Application is highly significant. It was also concluded that the relationship between teachers 'organizational commitment and conflict management at the UNE - 2020 Experimental College of Application is moderately significant. Finally, we have that the relationship between teachers' organizational commitment and language adequate in the UNE - 2020 Experimental College of Application, is highly significant.
