Abstract
El presente informe de investigación tuvo como propósito determinar la relación
entre la gestión educativa y el desempeño docente en la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos
Coronel Francisco Bolognesi – 2019. Este estudio fue de tipo aplicada, diseño no
experimental de corte transversal, con un nivel descriptivo correlacional y enfoque
cuantitativo. Para ello se tomó una muestra censal compuesta por 74 docentes de la
institución. El instrumento que se utilizó fue el cuestionario conformado por 18 preguntas
divididas de la siguiente manera 9 ítems para la primera variable y 9 ítems para la segunda
variable, se trabajó con la escala de Likert con cinco opciones. Se comprobó la validez del
instrumento mediante el Alfa de Cronbach teniendo como resultado 0.922, el cual muestra
una alta confiabilidad. Se definieron y analizaron los resultados en un 92.5%. Por último,
para la prueba de hipótesis se usó el estadístico Rho spearman, donde se concluyó que,
existe relación entre la gestión educativa y el desempeño docente.
The purpose of this research report was to determine the relationship between educational management and teaching performance at the Military School of Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi - 2019.
