Abstract
San Antonio Marianistas Bellavista – Callao.
Colegio San Antonio Marianistas Bellavista – Callao.

This instrument had a high reliability of 0.922. The analysis corresponding to the results of the survey was carried out, reaching the empirical demonstration that 90.30% positively supports or considers the requirements of the indicators and the dimensions proposed in the instrument; this was widely corroborated and contrasted using the chi square. It was concluded that the teaching performance is directly related to the level of learning achievement in the San Antonio Marianist School Bellavista – Callao.
